The Stream Tower is an office tower currently under construction in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain. The approximately 90-meter-high tower is part of the new Mediaspree construction site and will have online mail-order company Zalando as its main tenant.
Designed by the Berlin-based architectural firm Gewers Pudewill, the new high-rise is scheduled for completion in 2021. With its 24 floors, it is staggered from the seventh floor onwards and is referred to by architects as an 'urban sculpture'.
